1. Conduct and Discipline of Students:
- Every student shall attend classes regularly and punctually and shall refrain from any action that may disturb the smooth working of the institute
- Every student shall handle institute property with care and shall do everything in his power to preserve the cleanliness and tidiness of the furniture, building, and premises. Loss or damage or disfigurement caused to the institute by the student then the student needs to collectively pay for Loss or damage.
- We (DMG Group) are responsible only for education, Without Examination, students will not get a certificate, Students will get a certificate as soon as the center receives it from Govt. Head Office, Centre is not responsible for any kind of delay in Certified or Books.
- Due to Natural Disasters or lockdowns, Your Course will be extended, but Fees are non-refundable.
2. Attendance & Leave of Absence:
- If students are absent from the institute for more than Ten consecutive days without a satisfactory explanation through Email, SMS, or writing, then the Institute will remove the candidate’s name and cancel the admission. If a student is not coming to class regularly then the institute is not responsible for completing their course and once the course duration is completed from the date of joining then the institute is not responsible for completing the course.
- A student requiring leave for a day or a part of a day should apply for it to the Head of the department authorized by him get his counter signature and submit the form in the institute office.
- The responsibility of making sure that a student has earned the required minimum percentage of attendance (85% for the duration) and then only eligible for the exam.
- The student who takes long leave have to pay their EMI/Fees on Time
3. Fees are Non-refundable
- The registration fees and other fees once paid are Not Refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Our Government Admission Process is Complete after paying entire fees & EMI and admission data apply accordingly.
